		<description>Couldn&#039;t agree more, regarding the need of an end-to-end test management solution.
There are other pretty good test management tools in addition to HP&#039;s Quality Center (Test directory in its former name). I&#039;m talking about tools such as PractiTest (which I&#039;m honored to be one of the people there): PractiTest is much simpler and more affordable than traditional Life Management Application, and it&#039;s developed also by Joel, who had been the QA Manager of ... Mercury Quality Center (among other tools in Mercury).</description>
