There are other pretty good test management tools in addition to HP's Quality Center (Test directory in its former name). I'm talking about tools such as PractiTest (which I'm honored to be one of the people there): PractiTest is much simpler and more affordable than traditional Life Management Application, and it's developed also by Joel, who had been the QA Manager of ... Mercury Quality Center (among other tools in Mercury). Couldn’t agree more, regarding the need of an end-to-end test management solution.
